Arrow did such an amazing job replacing my fence after Ida that I didn’t hesitate to call when I needed a new ac surround. Pictures include fence replaced several years ago- still perfectly straight and sturdy. Excellent craftsmanship and everyone is so kind and professional.

I had partial fence and outdoor shower installed to match my existing fence. Couldn’t ask for better guys to do the job. They asked questions to make sure it was done correctly before proceeding. Thank you Arrow crew!!!! Great job.

This company put my original fence up about 35 years ago and then I had repair work done after Hurricane Katrina. They were professional and I was very satisfied. So, I was willing to wait for them to do my fence after Hurricane Ida. I even told my neighbor how much I thought of them. So they agreed to have their fence done when mine was being done. However, this has been a nightmare. Workers didn't show up and I didn't get a call to let me know they weren't coming. I was told that the weather had something to do with it. However, it was not raining at my house. Instead of coming early in the morning since we have been having afternoon showers, they don't. Then one day they came out while it was raining. They were trying to cement the poles in the rain. Oh, then they broke my water pipe to my house while trying to get a post up. The pipe was repaired by a professional plumber. (This could happen to anyone, I guess.) However, this morning they came out around 7 am and left a little after 8 am with no explanation. I have called the office and shared my concerns with Brendan. These workers are very unprofessional and I worry that my new fence may not hold up through a hurricane. I can not tell you how sorry and let down I feel. And don't leave a message on the voicemail. You have to keep calling to you get someone on the phone. I did not answer the question about the quality since my job has not been completed. But with everything that has happened, I have little hope about my finished product. I am happy to give an update on my job. It has been completed. It was a rough start, but I am very satisfied with the completed project. I spoke with the owner, and he assigned Jimmy, their quality control person, to address my concerns. He was very nice and made sure that my expectations were met. It is good to know that there are still some businesses concerned with customer satisfaction.
